How we use cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We use only a handful, all of them first-party, to keep the site working, remember that you unlocked the free guide, and record where a signup came from. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking, and we do not sell your personal information.
The cookies we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| np_ft | First-party cookie | First-touch attribution. Stores the campaign tags, referring page, and landing page so we know which channel a signup came from. | About 30 days |
| np_guide | First-party cookie | Remembers that you unlocked the free guide, so the reader stays accessible to you. | About 30 days |
| Admin session | First-party cookie | Keeps an administrator signed in to the private /admin area. Set only when an administrator logs in. | Session |
| np_opener_seen | Session storage | Remembers that you have seen the short intro animation, so it plays only once per visit. This is browser storage, not a cookie. | Until the tab closes |
| Cloudflare / Turnstile | First-party cookie | Set by Cloudflare for security and to tell humans from bots when you use our forms. | Set by Cloudflare |
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you do, the functional cookies above may stop working, so the free guide may lock again and the site may not remember your preferences. The security cookies set by Cloudflare help protect our forms, and blocking them may stop the forms from working.
