What we collect

When you choose to give it to us, we collect:

• Your email address, and your first name if you provide it.
• Whether you opted in to updates on Telegram.
• Basic attribution data: how you reached us (referring page, campaign tags), the page you arrived on, and approximate country.
• If you book a call, the details the scheduler collects to arrange it.

How we use it

• To send you the resource you requested and occasional related lessons.
• To understand which content brings people in, so we can make more of it.
• To arrange and follow up on calls you book with us.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the service providers that help us run NorthPip, such as our email provider and database host, and only so they can perform those services for us.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed or have an open enquiry with us, and then for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
