Who we are

What we collect, and why

We only collect personal information when you choose to give it to us through one of our forms.

• Free-guide signup. Your email address (required), your first name if you provide it, your Telegram username only if you opt in to Telegram lessons, and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails. We use this to send you the guide and, with your consent, occasional educational and marketing emails.
• Book a call. Your full name, your country code and phone number, and your preferred date and time. We use this only to arrange and follow up on the call you requested.
• Collected automatically. Your approximate country and IP address, provided by our infrastructure host, Cloudflare. We use your IP address to prevent bots and spam, and we store your approximate country alongside your signup.
• First-touch attribution. Basic information about how you reached us, such as the referring page, campaign tags, and the page you landed on, so we know which content brings people in. This is stored in a cookie on your device. See our cookie policy for the details.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

Cookies

We use a small set of first-party cookies and similar storage to keep the site working, remember that you unlocked the free guide, and record where a signup came from. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our cookie policy lists every cookie, its purpose, and how long it lasts.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the service providers that help us run NorthPip, and only so they can perform their service for us:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and our database, delivers it through their network, and provides Turnstile, the bot-protection that keeps our forms from being abused.
• Resend delivers our emails when email is enabled, so we can send you the guide and any updates you agreed to receive.
• YouTube serves the videos we embed. Our embeds use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain and load only after you click play. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed or have an open enquiry with us, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can answer follow-up questions. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so, except where we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Email choices and unsubscribe

We only send marketing emails to people who asked for them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and our postal address, so you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing stops the marketing emails; we may still send you a message that is part of something you actively requested, such as confirming a call.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To make any of these requests, email us at support@allwinacademy.com and we will take care of it.

California residents

If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold, to ask us to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above.

Visitors outside the United States

We operate from the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored there. If you are visiting from another country, you understand that your information will be handled in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Children

NorthPip is not directed to children. Trading education is for adults, and our content and services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
